Our Products: We are selling Brand New Computer Parts, Electronics, Video Games, DVDs, Software, Accessories, Gift Items and Home Decor Items.
We have a large selection of video games from different platforms such as Gameboy Advance, Gamecube, Nintendo DS, Nintendo Wii, Sony Playstation 2, Sony Playstation 3, Sony Portable Playstation (PSP), Microsoft Xbox, Microsoft Xbox 360, and PC Games. All of our video games are original, U.S. Release Version, and Region 1 or NTSC format. We do not sell bootlegs or copies. You will also find here the latest accessories for all your gaming needs. We also carry the hottest accessories for your IPODs, PDAs, MP3, Blackberrys, Cell Phones, Computers, etc. We carry a large selection of DVDs and Computer Software for every genre out there.
We carry brand name Computer parts and Electronics from reputable manufacturers such as Sony, Kodak, Logitech, Asus, Kingston, etc to name a few.
Item Availability/Location: Our items are also sold elsewhere. We cannot confirm real-time inventory until the order is actually placed. If you happen to order or purchase an out of stock item, you may cancel your order or get a full refund.
Our items may ship from different warehouse locations in the United States. Please do not assume that our items are only shipped from PA.
Orders: If you happen to order an item that is on backorder, we will notify you via e-mail. We will give you the option to backorder if we can provide you with an approximate availability date or cancel your order and get a full refund. But we still reserve the right to cancel your order and issue you a full refund. If you wish to cancel an order, please send us an e-mail at sales@ebunlimited.com. Orders are normally processed within just a few minutes of placing your orders since we have an automated ordering system. We will notify you via e-mail if your order can be cancelled or not. Payment: We accept all major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover Card either via Paypal or Google Checkout. You do not need to have an account with Paypal to use Paypal checkout. We do not accept cash, checks or money order. Shipping/Delivery: - Gifts, Home Decor and ship within 2-3 business days. Computer Parts/Electronics, Software, Accessories normally ship within 24 hours.
- We use reliable carriers such as UPS, Fedex, and USPS to ship orders.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public/federal holidays.
- We only ship to PO Boxes, FPO/APO addresses (for Accessories and Software. No PO BOX for Computer Parts, Gifts and Home Decor items.)
- Tracking number or delivery confirmation number will be sent via email once the item ships except for Pro-Life Items. We cannot provide delivery confirmation for Pro-Life Items.
- We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico.
- We do not allow local pick-up.
- We do not ship internationally at this time.
- UPS/Fedex will not ship or deliver on weekends and public holidays for any shipping method.
Return Policy: PRODUCTS under Software, Accessories, Gifts and Home Decor Categories: Within 30 days from invoice date, you may return any UNOPENED (still in its plastic wrap) Accessories, Gifts and Home Decor in its original condition. Shipping/Handling fee will not be refunded even for UNDELIVERED or REFUSED SHIPMENTS. Computer Software are non-refundable whether opened or unopened. We do not provide technical support for any technical issues you may have for computer parts or software. You must contact the software publisher directly or manufacturer. Defective Returns: All defective products are warranted for replacement or refund within 14 days from invoice date except for CPU, consumer electronic devices, Apple Products and Tape Backup Devices and Special Order Items. After this period, all products must be handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s warranty. If requesting for RMA credit/refund, original shipping/handling fees will not be credited and credit will be based on the part's current market price. No Credit/Refund is given for Special Order Items (only Replacement RMA may be applied).
Non-Defective Returns: All non-defective products (EXCEPT FOR CPU AND APPLE PRODUCTS) may be returned for refund within 14 days from delivery date. WE DO NOT DO EXCHANGES unless the item is DEFECTIVE. You have to purchase the new item(s) again.WE ALSO DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF CPU, APPLE PRODUCTS OR SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS. Shipping/handling fee will not be refunded and customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. Credit is based on the part's current market price in addition to the applicable restocking fee between 15%-20%.
RMA Policy for Defective Apple Products (IPODS/MP3 Players) and Consumer Electronic Devices (Digital Cameras): Defective products must be handled directly by the manufacturer under the manufacturer’s warranty.
RMA Policy for LCD Monitors with Dead Pixels: We will only replace LCD Monitor with a minimum of 8 Dead Pixels. No exceptions.
RMA Policy for Defective CPU Products: Defective CPUs may be returned to us for repair within the following warranty coverage: Intel CPUs - Three Months AMD CPUs - Six Months
RMA Policy for Non-Defective CPU Products or Apple Products: We do not accept returns for these products even if UNOPENED.
Special Notes: - All NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS, including UNDELIVERED (due to an invalid shipping address) and REFUSED SHIPMENTS are subject to a restocking fee (between 15% and 20%). For items that were opened, RETURNS are authorized on a case-by-case basis only. We reserve the right to refuse return of OPENED ITEMS.
- An RMA number is required for all returns. RMA numbers are only valid for 7 days. Therefore, the package must be returned to us within 7 business days of RMA receipt. We do not issue RMA numbers beyond 14 days from delivery date. Also, RMA numbers will not be extended or reissued. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- All defective and non-defective returns are credited based on the current market price in addition to the 5-20% restocking fee.
- All Computer Software are NON-REFUNDABLE whether opened or unopened.
- Any products with evidence of physical damage (missing/bent pins, cracked, dented, etc.) will void the warranty and are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Customer pays for the shipping/handling cost for RETURN SHIPMENTS to our distribution centers for ALL ITEMS, defective and non-defective unless customer got the wrong part from what was ordered. eB Unlimited is not responsible for manufacturer defects. Since we are not the manufacturers, we split the shipping cost with the customer. But eB Unlimited will pay for the shipment of the replacement item back to you.We suggest that you use reliable carriers that provide tracking numbers or delivery confirmation numbers. We also recommend that you purchase insurance for your protection at your expense. We will not exchange or issue refund on items that we did not receive or received damaged. -
We can exchange or replace items only if they are defective and we only replace an item with the exact same item. Items returned will be tested if defective and if they are, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if requested. If a credit is requested instead of a replacement, original shipping/handling cost will not be credited/refunded. Also, merchandise returned not found to be defective will incur an additional 15%-20% restocking fee. We will not issue a replacement or refund until we have received the package. -
For Lost or Damaged shipments, you will need to inform us within 24-48 hours of receipt of the item. For some items, we may require that you submit a photo of the damaged item. Returns Procedure: - Request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number via e-mail at sales@ebunlimited.com and please have the following information on hand when requesting for an RMA number: Customer name, invoice/order number, product serial number, reason for return, action to take (replacement/repair/return) and whether the box has been opened or unopened.
- Once return is authorized, we will e-mail the RMA number within 24-48 hours together with mailing instructions. All returns without prior authorization and without a valid RMA number will not be processed and returned back to you at your expense.
- All merchandise must be returned in the original packaging including all manuals, cables, software, and accessories. Missing items will incur additional restocking fee.
- All returns must be returned with Ground shipping pre-paid. We will not be responsible for any package damaged in shipping. Any damage caused by the improper packing will result to void the warranty of products.
- Please make sure the RMA number is clearly written outside the package or package will be refused.
Sales Tax: We do charge 6.00% sales tax in the state of Pennsylvania. Sales tax is imposed on the total price paid (including shipping and handling). We also charge sales tax in the states of NJ, IL, FL, GA and CA for COMPUTER PARTS AND ELECTRONICS ONLY. We will issue refunds on Sales Tax paid for non-computer parts and electronics.
